The best mall I’ve ever been to. This is where I shop for the past 5 years. Simply love it! What I love about it the most is how when you walk in it’s not loud & crazy. Some malls blast the music like you walked into a club. Although some stores at this mall put the music too loud, like Sephora for example...it is relaxing walking around the mall. It shows is a classy place. Keep it up!

Out of all the Malls in NJ, Short Hills is still the place to go. Although they should add a few more decent stores, the place is great to shop and hang out a bit.

If you can think of a store you'd like to shop, I'll bet you can find it here. We visited on a Saturday, to pick up a pre ordered item from Pottery Barn Kids. This beautifully decorated mall was filled with happy looking shoppers. As busy as it was, using the parking garage, we were able to get in and out with our pick up, pretty quickly...though it was so tempting to stay and shop.

Great shopping center. Many shops, convenient parking, escalators.

They got rid of the old restaurants which were awesome in favor of this food court thing which was not very good even before COVID... The mall used to be a good place to hang out.

The food was average at California's kitchen but the mall's visit was amazing! It's super beautiful in every way.Recommend visiting.

There were people without masks and sitting on furniture. Short hills mall only cares about making money not keeping customers safe. We are on our way to another lock down. Thanks Short Hills Mall management!

Marie in the ladies shoe department was Awesome today! She was warm and inviting and patient! I was able to find my desired shoe selection, try it on and pay for it in 20 minutes which is awesome! I was truly grateful for the level of customer service she provided my friend who was not shopping ended up purchasing a pair of shoes as well!

THE WORST! The Absolute! Worst service in the WHOLE MALL it’s like every store people have such attitude! I get a appointment is needed store’s have been doing that for years but don’t treat me like a dog! When I want to spend money the Louis Vuitton needs some Serious reevaluating on all the staff specially the dark haired lady in the front..

Just a short drive from Manhattan, there are the expected fully stocked anchor shops, some luxury gems like Henri Bendel and Gucci, mall staples and even some unexpected boutiques among the 160-plus shops.Besides that, remember that New Jersey is one of the few states that does not charge sales tax on clothing.

Great place to shop, take out the kids or just hang out over a drink and snacks.

More of an "upscale" mall for the area. I enjoy coming here and even walking around

The Mall at SHORT HILLS is the best mall I’ve been to so far. I had a great time exploring and shopping at this High-end shopping mall. They have all the major designer brands boutiques you can think of, so impressive!!! It also has some really nice department stores, some gourmet restaurants and a beautiful sit out area.It’s a one stop shopping mall to for all your quality items. upscale mall with lots of nice shops. I used to live in the area. it is nice to visit short hills after those years in the west coast!!

Has everything for the family. Nordstrom's however is my favorite store (best customer service and a lovely little cafe/restaurant). Macy's has fresher, trendier clothes these days. Everything but Water another great store for fantastic year round swimsuit shopping. Miss the Jonathan Adler store sorely. Overall more "upscale" stores but sincerely believe there is something here for everyone.

Beautiful upscale mall with lots of space to roam around and visit shops. I'll be echoing a lot of reviews when I say that the place is majority really expensive shops, but there is a smattering of some middle range shops. The Mac is amazing as well as the lush. Both have really helpful and interesting staff members. Worth checking it out on a rainy day and especially at off times because parking can get a little tight.

Very nice and clean. Many stores to choose from and but some of them were a little pricey. The other thing that really stood out to me was that certain stores had a privilege (I guess you could say) By that I mean some of the stores that were more expensive like Louis Vuitton had bodyguards guarding while as other stores that were not as expensive did not. And I know that because they are more expensive for some more likelihood of them getting robbed, but once you walked into the stores you had to get hand sanitizer well as some other stores you didn't. But overall it was very clean and a fun place to shop at!

Good mall with options for many things. Starbucks is nice to work in.

It is very luxurious mall. Clean and mainly expensive brands. There are a few restaurants (like Cheesecake Factory). We usually go to walk there and take a look at the shops.

Too upscale for me. I feel like I'm walking through a fashion show. If you're into overpaying for the latest brand name in fashion, then this is a great place to throw away some serious cash on a mediocre product with a premium label slapped on it for everyone to see.

It is definitely an upscale mall. Parking is pretty convenient. The shops and interiors are well structured. The only thing that may be considered a sort of drawback is the locations of the restrooms all around the mall. They are not many and you need to continually check the directory to check where they are.

Great now I love coming here on the weekends to fulfill all my luxurious needs! Highly recommend the Chanel the staff is so friendly

I absolutely adore this mall! Very spacious, clean & upscale. They literally have everything. One of the best places to shop in Jersey.

Hands down the best mall ever. Beautiful boutiques and SAs are all fantastic. The department stores are of top notch customer service. Everything here is wonderful. Parking lot is often full near The Cheesecake Factory so avoid there.

First visit in 15 years as we now have moved to a new home at the Jersey shore and no longer live in the next county adjacent to Short Hills/Summit area. Retailers were exactly as remembered, give and take a few new ones. Sales associates still maintain the level of service associated with this high-end mall as in the past. Reason for 4 star is that they moved the Crate & Barrel store from next to Neiman Marcus to another section in the building, which was inconvenient to walk across. Since my job moved to the local area, perhaps it's time to renew ties to the Mall @ Short Hills again...

The Short Hills Mall is a amazing mall. The clothing was good quality and is a little expensive, but over all it was a good shopping experience.

Great shopping experience! Stores range all the way to the high end like Neiman Marcus. Most stores have already cut prices 50 to 60 % getting ready for black Friday!!

We go to the mail every day before the stores are open to walk for exercise.

Great shopping experience for all. This small has it all. The subterranean parking makes it even better for all season shopping. High end stores like Louis Vuitton, Tiffany's etc are well stocked and well staffed. But on the weekends be prepared to sign in and wait for a personal assistant to help you. Other flag stores Nordstroms, Macy's etc are accessible to easy to shop. Restaurants do not have long lines for seating, even on the weekends. Food is great, it's a great overall shopping experience.

I wanted buy some winter coat so looking for new mall and after some search found this. Cleanness : really good, stores , food court, shops.Food options : not lot but whatever options are there is good.Interior: good , simple , elegant.Shops: they have some really good and premium brands.Stocks in shops: they are keeping up to date and full with options in shops.Service : in store one thing I saw is people are ready to help in shop if have doubts or questions.Deals: Macy and Bloomingdales and other shops have some deals.

Best premium mall in New Jersey which is very clean and relaxing to shop and eat. Had no complains and my all time favorite go to mall.

I went for Legal Seafood and ended up shopping. I like how I was greeted in Neiman Marcusand Elaine at Armani fragrance counter was delightful. I fell in love with a scent she shared with me. Maybe it will be my birthday treat.

Beautiful interior design, **very** upscale stores. That said, like any mall there are a few mainline fixtures (like Starbucks, Macy's, and the Apple Store) and a few mid-high stores like Aveda and Bare Minerals...

Incredible mall, so many different stores to go through so if you come, have the $$$$ to spend.

I always have a great experience at this mall. The shopping is exquisite. Almost all the upscale retail stores in one location. By far the safest, cleanest mall around

If you have big pockets, this mall is great. Valet and shop. Spend all your hard earned money. Do whatever you want. Enjoy the scenery. Bathe in the light of the riches and wealth. But parking outside of Valet is a mess. Some civil engineer went a little kookoo with the roads around there. If you're poor, come and dream.

Drive wife to mall to replace broken coffee maker. Drop her off...find parking spot and take nap in truck. Two hours later get call... can't make a decision and have to come in. Walk past fifty stores all named after 1 named people. I say get this 1..it's the wrong 1. Leave empty handed. I'll stop at Target.

The is generally a beautifully clean mall. Has great scenery for those photograph lovers. Has a great selection of high end shops for the posh taste buds - Luis Vuitton as well as the high street brands like Zara. Great selection of restaurants too. I loved it, will definitely visit again

I was impressed how clean this mall is. Even though we went on a busy day. None of the garbage cans were overflowing, the bathrooms were clean without long lines and the mall was crowded but didn’t feel overstuffed. The sales associates there are very nice. It’s sad that everyone in New Jersey is so used to having subpar mall experiences so being treated like a human being warrants a five star review. I also liked that there are security guards patrolling the parking lot at night and there are people directing traffic.

Incredible shopping if you are looking for upscale stores. And I mean upscale.
